2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pale golden pour with a thin fast-fading white head. The aroma has a bit of soft sweetness and some clean pale malt along with a bit of earthy bitterness. A fairly dirty ferment actually with some definite higher alcohols as well a bit of lingering sweetness. Like a low-gravity malt liquor.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
2014-07-14. Golden amber body with a nice white head. 3+ Sort of caramel sweet malt notes in the aroma. Something I can’t quite place. Flavour is similar, odd sort of toasty caramel malt, on the sweet side. Average plus bodied palate. Okay. Can from LCBO, Toronto

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
pours clear pale yellow with a small white cap, little retention, no lacing. grainy malts, light corny notes, herbal-grassy, light flowery notes, tomatoes, faint fruitiness - grape juice as in no lager fruitiness, slightly chalky, candied lemon and ginger. moderate to low carbonation, light body - watery, bland herbal-grassy finish. weak brew but not horrid either.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
473ml can pours a golden color with a small white head that leaves very little lacing behind. Aroma is grassy with some apple cider and grainy notes. Taste is malty sweet with a grassy hop bitterness finishing with a bit of apple cider and slight bit of metallic. A beer that is not worthy of any accolades. Typical macro lager.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
473ml can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, big, fluffy, sticky head. Nice pils malt aroma, good cereals, a touch of sweet butter (diacetyl) but it does not detract too much from the beer. Some nice floral hops, lightly bitter finish. Nothing mind shatering, but they nailed what they were aiming for.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
473 mL can from LCBO served cool in a tulip glass. Clear deep golden with a full bright white head. Strong mash tun grains and cereals, grassy hops, honey notes, oddly sweet-smelling, slightly peppery. Medium body, fairly full effervescence. More of that mash tun cereal/grain, more malty than the nose, less hop character, still a touch peppery; dry with limited bitterness and a long grain and cereal finish with some faint grassy peppery hop notes. Not to shelf. Not bottom shelf either.
