A bold beer for the bold men that helped forge the Canadian landscape. Known as lumberjacks, loggers, fellers and buckers, this beer’s for you. Keep on loggin’ on...Cheers!

Draft. Gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of sweet pale malt, along with a bit of pine resin and herbal hops. Flavors are of vanilla tinged pale malt, mock orange flowers, and mild caramel. Decent body and decent bitterness level, but severely lacking in the aroma hop department.

A really good ipa. Nice tropical fruit aromas, really sweet and yummy smelling. Bubblegum. Bubblegum flavours, great balance between bitter and sweet. So drinkable and tasty. By far the best beer I’ve have by lake of the woods brewing company.

Howler shared with Northropfrye. Orange with nice head. Hoppy, refreshing. I enjoyed this beer.

Light orange body, lasting foamy white head, some lacing. Slightly grainy aroma. Taste is sweet malts, with a slightly bitter hoppy finish. Smooth palate with a watery finish. Really a beginner IPA, but pleasant enough.

Very pale yellow color, smooth taste but not very much in the hop department. Hints of pine

Growler. Clear golden-amber pour with a small white head. Aroma is piney and resinous notes, a touch of caramel and citrus zest. Taste starts simple but balanced, a light sweet malty caramel with some pine up front, but finishes with a thin body and medicinal bitterness.

Hops are muddled and lost in a malt bill way too upfront for an ipa. Aroma was wet paper, and light pine resins.....with a huge dose of sticky caramel malts, and some light alcohol. Heavy mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitterness, and nothing but sweet, faintly fruity malts throughout.
