Bottle. Pours a clear amber with thin white head. Mild aroma with a hint of honey and rye. Weak body, a little on the watery side. Not much to this beer. Just ok.

on tap–pours hazy amber with a tight offwhite head and heavy lacing. Aroma is soft medium malt-roasty, some spice. Taste is honey, medium malt-roasty, some spice hops. Don’t know if this is a different beer than when bottled, but something changes based on previous bottled ratings and what I was enjoying.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jkwood04 (2293) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 16, 2012
12oz bottle in a tumbler. Pours amber with a lacy, light beige head. Aroma of spicy rye, some caramel malts, and a little floral/citrusy hops. The hops could be stronger, but the rye goes well in this beer. Average texture. A decent beer.

Aroma sweet, deep grainy malty feel. Sweet softness of honey. Nice. 7-.
Appearance good deep golden look with medium top.
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied with medium plus carbonation. Sweet side with lighter hop flavour behind. Nicely composed. Easy going refreshing brew. Hint of rye can only help.

Tastes and smells like a big produced beer. Honey? Nope, rye? Barely. Hops? Nope, just a touch of bittering. the rest is sweet murky malts, sweet and cheap.

Had a really strange sour taste to it, must be the rye, but I really didn’t like this much at all.
