2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Really dark for an IPA. Don't think it is the correct color for this style. Aroma of a musty basement. Certainly not my favorite IPA, but I would not turn it down if offered.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a bottle. Amber with thick and sticky tan foam. Smells a little earthy. Taste is slightly fruity, somewhat hoppy and malty. Not my favorite IPA but don’t mind it.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Good-size head, lots of lacing. Peach seemed to dominate on the palate. Drinkable? Yes, I could take a session of this. But I didn’t find it a great IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 02/23/2012. Pours a deep amber-orange color with a medium creamy off-white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, citrus and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 ounce bottle pours a cloudy amber color, aromas of stale hops, grass, grapefruit and pine. Flavors are the same, an average IPA in my books.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light biscuit and caramel with light oxidation notes. Stale but strong hop aroma, mildly flowery. Dark amber clear with light haze, topped with an off-white pillow creamy lacing head. Medium watery body with medium to heavy carbonation. Starts relatively dry, with biscuit and caramel. Big hop flavor, with some oxidation. Hoppy bitterness throughout, with decent caramel sweetness at the finish. Nutty with a bit if metallic twang. Decent IPA with lasting hop bitterness and nutty astringency.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
An above average IPA. Pours a golden brown with an off white head. Nose and taste are a blend of hops & malts. Nothing special stuck out with me in this beer. I wouldn’t seek it out again persay but I wouldn’t hesitate to grab it again if I ran across it.
