A new beer to the S. Jersey market. Pours a deep red color with not much of a head. The hops mix nicely with the malt to give it an alluring aroma. The strong hop presence gives this beer a strong taste.

Poured a very dark ruby color with a medium off white head. Aroma of dark fruit, malt, and chocolate. Flavor of caramel malt that becomes bitter quickly finishing with a dry bitter dark chocolate taste. Smooth light to medium body.

Deep and clear rosewood color with a small off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with a touch of caramel and vanilla. Great earthy flavor with a little chocolate and toasted malt riding a sweet malty backbone with just a little hoppy bitterness to balance everything out. Finish was very dry and very much in line with classic English Ales. My only real criticism was that the mouthfeel was definately thin, otherwise, I really liked this beer and I could easily drink far too many of them at a time.

Pours a brownish body with a moderate head. Aroma is caramel and a little bit of fruit. When tasting there’s a nice hint of chocolate in there that makes it worthwile.

Draft at the Drafting Room. Amber/copper colored, woth caramel malt, toffee, and hop aroma. Tastes malty, with hops, caramel, and cognac at the finish. Smooth, with well hidden alcohol. Undeniably quaffable.

I simply can’t get enough of this beer since it could be found here in Vermont. It packs a punch but they keep going down. Nice mix of sweet maltiness and fine blend of hops which leads to the ability to drink to many of them.

Got this from Chazy, great. Poured dark reddish brown, with a good, creamy head. Taste was a little watery, but very drinkable. Maybe a session brew?

Draft at The Ruck in Troy. Poured dark brown with reddish hues, with an off-white head. Very sweet malty aroma. Taste is somewhat thin with some type of fruit character. Bitter finish. Average body. Not all that impressed.
