3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Staying-power top-froth crema foam on rich gold bod. Malty, touch of Skittles candy mixed into a tiple-stack honey whole wheat sandwich. Body is active, finish mellowing to comatose. This would be a great, sweet vehicle for a fruit addition.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale gold with almost no head. Aroma of corn and grains with some cotton candy. Taste is light sweet. Belgiany banana notes to start with corn and grains throughout the rest. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish at all. Meh, drinkable but nothing to seek out.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light gold color And small sweet aroma. Light flavor pretty sweet and slightly syrupy with some honey taste. I wanted more body more bite unless sweetness.

Tap - average size foamy head, medium clear gold color, kind of a funky skunky aroma, flavor is a little better but not much, sweet malt, kind of creamy, kind of skunky - not a very good kolsh at all

Nothing special here. Some sweet malts. Finish is just to thin and watery for me

Bottle. Pours a golden color with white head. Cracker, dough, malty flavors. Pretty light, not too exciting.

Not bad, but not good either. Weak bodied, watery, with some stale aromas to boot. Winchell brought this one back with him from MN in 2011.

bottle pour. Crisp blonde ale here with nothing that really sticks out - a good starter

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours pale golden with a big, soapy head and mediocre lacing and large sediment settling to the bottom. Aroma is sweet, sharp, yeasty, grainy, sour. Taste is almost cloyingly sweet malts, buttery, with a sour yeasty tang. Palate is thin with high carbonation, a little too much.

Bad Beer! Visually a nice golden color but the flavor is horrible. The best way to describe it is old. Leaves a really bad after taste. Almost tastes stale.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours golden with thin head. Decent aroma and decent flavor with this but not entirely sure its a Kolsch. Its very drinkable and is popular where its brewed due to lack of other options in the area. Worth trying 1, but don’t buy a 6-pack
