COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a very pale brew made from five different malts and two hop varieties. A period of cold aging ensures a soft malty character.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity - with a sickening over ripe fruit note. The flavor is sweet peachy with light notes of honey. The body is thin.

12oz bottle acquired in trade (I forgot to write down who this one was from - let me know if I got this from you!). Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color with a large sized white head. I’m searching for aromas of grain and yeast. Tastes of grain and lemons. Thin body.

Bottle. Gold/amber colour. Hard to pick out too much in the aroma. Despite the claims to be malty in nature, I found that light citric hops dominated the flavours, albeit in a quite understated way. Fairly dry and a little sharp, with a light, but clean mouthfeel. Almost tending towards a pale bitter in feel. Certainly fit for purpose as a quaffing beer but I couldn’t get too excited about it.

Bottle thanks to Skyview! Poured a clear, brighter golden with a short dusting and light ring of white head. Aroma picked up some bready malts, some dried floral hoppage, and a pinch of lemon.. quite nice. Flavor was also solid with a caramel and bready base accented by mild herbal bitterness and a little lemon again.. some odd sweetness emerges as it warms up.. not bad, though. Light-bodied and smooth across the middle with nice balance to it. Not bad at all.

A dilemma. Initially thought this was just a quirky brew. Slightly hazy golden yellow body, smallish white head. Aroma is strangely funky, fruity and cereally. With some tart lemony notes. Intriguingly different. Tart bite to the flavour that is at first oddly refreshing and strangely sour at the same time Palat is on the light side. Very different. Two more educated palates vote soundly that it is likely infected and the sourness is not on purpose. A quick survey of the ratings suggests this might be a probablem that has been encountered occassionaly. Thanks for the bottle Obisbeer, hopefully the second one in the delivery is in better shape.

Bottle: Dull amber color, light musty sweet caramel and light yeast. Some earthy hops too! The flavor is nutty, diacetyl and caramel. Balanced, so-so tail.
