Bottle:   A fairly spicy example, a little alcohol, with some definite aspects of vanilla and brandy.   Fairly sweet but not cloying.   Very interesting beer, wished I had more than 12oz actually.   Goes down easy, if you like spices.   Body and mouthfeel are fairly full bodied.   Has that fullness, chewy caramel and brandy bits.   Warming spicy finish.   This was also rather tasty!   Thanks Bob!

Pour has little to no head, lower carb than average, hazed orangish red. Sweet aromas of fruit berry and brown sugar.Low in spice with some malt and vanilla bourbon notes. Sweet brown sugar taste with vanilla notes, orange some booze, malty sweet. Some tang in finish citrus balancing the sweetness some. A bit sticky sweet on the finish. Pretty good for a pumpkin beer.

Bottle - Fair sixe foamy head, hazy dark orange/copper color, definite pumpkin and brandy aromas and flavor, with mild spice and vanilla notes, pretty balanced overall, and pretty good for a pumpkin beer

Caramel pour with a light brown head. Aroma is pumpkin pie. Taste is pumpkin, spices and sweetness from the barrel aging. Pumpkin flavor balances well through the aging characteristics.

This really was a full on experience of a beer. Lots of aroma to warn. Full mouthfeel and a lot of spice action. Gets better as it warm up to, and although the alcohol is waving its hand it not that intrusive. Thoroughly entertaining experience, but also I found that itís tart and sharp on the tongue and so might not enhance my next beer. Iím sure Iíll live, and probably talk about how much I liked this .

Pours a clear, dark amber color with a thin, off-white head. Aroma is brandy, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon. Medium to heavy on the palate with smooth carbonation. Flavor is sweet, vanilla, brandy, pie spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, a little boozy, with a light, pie spice finish that lingers for a while.

Bottle: Pours cloudy amber with a small tan head. Pumpkin pie filling, juicy fruit aroma. Creamy, pumpkin pie, crust and spice taste. Vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon.... Nice, subdued heat from the barreling. An exceptional Pumpkin Ale.

It poured a dark copper color with a small white head. The aroma was of pumpkin, caramel, pie spice and smells like grandmaís dessert. The taste was medium bodied, mildly sweet, creamy, caramel, pumpkin, vanilla, pie spice, brandy warmth, finishes slightly warm and a tad bitter, just as good as it gets. Very well done.

Bottle purchased at Boynton liquor on the recommendation of the owner. Pours cloudy amber chestnut with a very small tan head that quickly dissipates to a ring that nevertheless laces pretty well. Aroma is very pumpkiny, some vanilla present, and the muted notes of standard pumpkin spices, particularly nutmeg and allspice. Flavor is medium plus sweet, quite spicy, cloves coming through pretty strong on the palate, not a lot of bitterness, but pumpkin flesh and vanilla are both present. I am not getting a lot of barrel notes, perhaps some astringence from the wood and a bit of brandy heat, but very subdued. Full bodied and silky, with very low carbonation. I am not a huge clove guy, but this one kind of works for me. I am NOT Scott Purchase, but I still recommend this biere. On Wisconsin!

Pours a cloudy amber, with very little head. Aroma of pumpkin laced with wood. Taste is complex and of very well-balanced pumpkin and vanilla. I really like this beer. It is smooth and drinkable, and has a definite kick of alcohol. Pumpkin taste is well balanced, and not over the top. Thumbs way up!
