a fragrance of sweet malt and cereal. brown-orange color. dead on interpretation. Grain-cereal characteristic works perfect wit this beer. A ittle sweet, but not too sweet.

I found this somewhat of a let down. Nice taste up fron but it had a metalic after taste and not much Fullness of the malts.

Hazy amber-orange pour, short-lived off-white head fading to a ring, minimal lace. Very modest aroma, faint floral sweetness. Flavor, on the other hand, is full bodied in its malt complexity, caramel, bread crusts apple cider, a hint of tea. Flavorful, nothing off, but the fruity and bready clash slightly here. Medium to full body, lively sparkle on the palate, slightly dry linger.

Bottle... Poured amber with a thick, off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and molasses. Sweet, biscuit grains and toasted butterscotch. Clean, malty finish.

Pours a dark, cloudy orange; big creamy snow-white head. Leaves a thick icy lace; great for style. Sweet caramel aroma, notes of sweet butterscotch. Darkly sweet with crisp lager malt in the nose. Flavor is butterscotch, toffee and molasses; secondary caramel and brown sugar. Sweet, dark and pungent at once. Smooth and buttery feel, milky but watery at the end. I could use a tad more balance to the oversweetness, but it’s a decent beer.

Nice looking auburn with tan head. Very filtered. Nose of freshly mown lawn and honey. Also some brown sugar. Decent sweet subtle palate perfectly balanced by hops at the end in a subtle bock way. Much better than I though it would be when I took my 1st whiff.

The aroma has molasses, roasted malt, fruit, hops, and a very light touch of vinegar. The appearance is dark amber with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma with molasses, figs, raisins, and toasted malt. The palate is sticky and full. There is a hop bite at the end.

(bottle - 12 oz) Light amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly sweet with some hints of corn and grass. Flavor is mild at the beginning with some light caramel and molasses, slightly roasted malts, and some dry grass. Finishes lightly sweet. Average.
