Commercial Description:
This recipe is a true craft ale brewed with only water, yeast, hops and malted barley, in keeping with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. We have designed it with a vibrant golden amber hue and a refreshing body. The mild addition of Kent Golding hops balances the generous amounts of caramel malts to give it a malty rather than a bitter finish. A special strain of California Ale Yeast gives the brew a slight hint of fruity aroma.

Very weak beer. So so charcter. Very floral. Tastes like a blend of Lakefront beers. For great brewery this is their weakest link. Also check the tap lines. The bars don’t sell a lot, so it tends to go stale.

Clear pale gold color with a fleeting white head. Has a tart grainy smell with wood. Medium body. Has a mild sweet and sour wheat bread taste with a hint of wood. Not sure where the wood essence came from. A nice hot weather guzzler here. 3187

Pours cloudy orange with a decent crème head that is falling rather quickly. Nose smells like dirty water. Then it turns to an almost stale kind of smell. The label tells me this was bottled 5 or 6 weeks ago. So I know it is fresh. Flavor is okay. Kind of a dirty grain flavor profile. That is about all that is there. This seems average at best to me. Feel is okay. Drinkability is low as this seems like mass produced beer and not something that could be of high quality. Pass.

Pours a hazy gold with sediment floating, and a foamy, moderately thick head. Nose is bitter yet bready. Flavor not too complex, with a bitterness and a bit of a balanced malt middle, and a funky bitter finish. Not a very good beer.

12 oz. brown, longneck bottle. No freshness date seen. Poured out a pale straw yellow color, with a soapy white head. Aromas are of sweet malts, slight citrus, some yeast. Flavors are about the same as the aromas. Citrus aftertaste. OK beer, but nothing to write home about.

Bottle. Amber beer with a whitish head. Light citrus aroma with some malts. Citrus, orange flavor with backing caramel. Medium body. Lingering citrus and slight caramel.

This beer has a pale amber filtered body with a quickly fleeting, small white head. It has aromas of apples and a bit of malt with very little hops. The flavor is also light with a bit of a wheat and malt taste and the sweetness of a tripel, but not nearly as good.

Clear gold with a nice two-finger dimpled white head. Light wheaty macro aroma. Sweet watery grain taste. Not much here in the way of beer. Palate cleanser would be its most reasonable application.
