2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nothing special here. A nice sweet nose. Enough cherry on the tongue. Easy to drink, watery. Does the fruit hide a decent lager? Perhaps, but I am not willing to find out

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
GTMW. Poured clear reddish brown color and an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate dark cherry tart aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium tart cherry sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Refreshing fruit beer.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A: The beer pours a slightly cloudy red-orange color with a thin layer of off-white head.
S: I donít get too much of a cherry aroma from this at first. There is a bit of cherry skin to it and a slight fruity sweetness, but as it warms up, the intense cherry comes through. Some yeast and grass, as well.
T: There is some cherry sweetness and a bit of cherry skin. Just a hint of cinnamon on the back end. Itís slightly acidic and grassy with a little bit of bread/biscuit malt. Not very much going on with the flavor, to be honest.
M: Light in body with a moderate to high carbonation.
O: I wasnít expecting much from this, and it delivered on that front. But really, not awful (which I was expecting).

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
A reddish pour with a small head. Not much lacing on my glass. Smell of cherries is clear with nothing else sticking out. Flavor was a little tart but not overally, not as creamy as I thought it would be. A little too sweet at the end for me.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a reddish golden with a white head. Aroma is light cherry and sweer malt. Flavor is sweet, light cherry tartness and then an average lager with a bit of sweet malt. Disappointing.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours gold with a red hue. Aroma is of dark cherries similar to the types found in Cherry Pie. Taste is initially sour followed by a deep taste of cherry. Underneath with the cherry appears the malt sweetness and the beer finishes with a dry crispness that carries with it a lingering tartness. Very bubbly on the palate.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy bright orange color with a big semi loose head that shrinks in a hurry. The aroma is cherry and clay, kind of weird but not offensive really. This actually has a lot of tart cherry flavor, not in a kool aid way at all either. The beer has a bit of that same pie crust thing that goes on in Belgian Red and Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, is it just the way cherries ferment that gives them this pie crust character or are all these brewers balancing the same sort of specialty malt bill to achieve this? Itís curious but itís also a nice flavor no doubt. The beer seems like it should be sweet but it finishes very dry and very clean with a nice lingering hoppy bitterness. My only complaint is a salty flavor that is a little out of place. The beer is sort of one dimensional (in a good way) up front, but the finish is what pulls it all together. I like this beer, it seems like what the Sam Adams cherry wheat could be if it were in fact a good beer.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle:   Pinkish hued amber, slight haze, moderate to large frothy head, slight pink hue to it, spotty lacing.   The aroma, while having very faint cherry (plastic/waxy cherry), it seems to have some sort of pool cleaner aspect too.   As I near a swimming pool, you get that... chlorine... yeah, slight chlorine in this one.   I sat on it for a while, so maybe thats it.   A little less pool like on the tongue, cherry is there but isnít all that real.   Decent body and mouthfeel.   Finishes with faint cherries, very pale grassiness as well.   The aroma and start to this beer just kills it.
