Jan 5, 2009 Sampled at the Second Cellar Reduction. Hazy reddish body with a pink rose fair head. Tart sour cherry nose is reminiscent of some lambics ive had. Flavor is very sour cherry but also enjoyable. Aftertaste of tart cherry pie. I was a fan of this, especially as a change of pace for a fruit beer.

Jan 5, 2009 Bottle with Butters at Second Cellar Reduction. Orange red color with a head that has a very light brown head. Smells like cherry pie. Sour with some hops and not enough malt. Cherry notes. Short finish.

Dec 28, 2008 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright red color with a large light salmon head. The aroma was sour, tart and had a hint of cherry. The flavor was bitter, tart, sour and tangy with notes of cherry. The finish was medium length tart and sour berry. Interesting.

Dec 25, 2008 12oz bottle: Appearance is hazy amber brown with quick fading white head, aroma has a hint of sweet cherries and nothing else, flavor slightly sour cherries and leather 1st taste isnt good but after that becomes more drinkable and not to bad. get that leather taste out of there and this wouldnt be to bad,

Dec 16, 2008 Pours an ever so slightly hazy reddish amber with a thin foamy off white head. Aroma is weak but... tart cherry, grainy malt, a hint of grassy hops. Flavor is a little odd. Sweet grainy malts meet an almost yeasty spice, over a battlefield of salty overripe cherries and earthy hops. Body is medium thin a little syrupy and although pretty heavily carbonated still seems flat.

Dec 3, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a hazy amber color with very little head. Light fruit aroma, with a heavier malt component than I expected. The taste is what I found rather unappealing. Astringent and artificial notes are quite prominent in here, while the expected cherry flavor is very muted. Sweet malts and light sour notes are in here as well. Decent mouthfeel, but not quite what I expected.

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light amber with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, malts, and cherries. Flavor is light caramel, cherries, hops and a hint of citrus with a dry finish. Thanks JB
