Definitely tastes of cherry, but only subtly so. A little tart, finishes dry and you can taste the earthy hops at the end. Nice in that it doesn’t taste like diet soda. blipp (1652), Newark, New Jersey, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 3, 2008 Pours clear copper-red with a thin off-white head. Light musty, earthy aroma which hints at cherries but doesn’t have any tart, sweet character. The body is watery and the flavor is rather weak, although the cherries lend an earthy tartness to the otherwise boring, bland lager body. I could kick a few of these back, however IlanMan (817), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 28, 2008 Pour is bright ruby with a fluffy white head. Aroma is very sweet cherry and more sweet cherry. I can definitely taste the real and tart cherries in this brew. Not dominating but just hiding in the back. Brew is not as sweet as the aroma. I can taste a medium wheat character along with just a pinch of hop toward the finish. Not a real special brew but worth a try. WeeHeavySD (2963), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 15, 2008 12oz bottle @ Good Microbrew in the Silverlake Neighborhood of Los Angeles. Pours orange with a bright white head. Nose is sweet with some cherries, the cold glass numbed the nose. Taste is decent with some cherry, a little too sweet with an astringent aftertaste. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 13, 2008 Bottle: Hazy ruby pour with a white film of head. Aroma doesn’t much cherry at all- some pale malt, plastic, perhaps just a touch of marzipan in the back. Light body. Some pale malt is evident with an odd, mild tartness as well. Artificial tasting and slightly perfumy. A bit medicinal as well. Pretty vague, with little or no fruit character.
