Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Hazy light amber color. An ordinary APA, quite dry and strongly hopped, not much body. Unfortunately, it’s spoiled (apparently, a problem with the keg).

Light citrus hop aroma with a little pale malt. Light amber color with a white head. Medium body with creamy carbonation. The flavor is very citrus hop (not grapefruit) with caramel backing. It’s typically ale fruity. The finish is fairly dry, and nicely, florally bitter. Wholly unexpectedly excellent.

Gold color grainy nose. Watery business with high carbonation and a little hops.

12 oz bottle from Lakefront Sampler from Bottle Barn; Nose of wheaty grain with a little pine and citrus hops; copper with a medium beige head; flavor is hop bitterness (moderate), and a little touch of sweet caramel.

Medium slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is on the malty side with touches of piney hops. The flavor brings out more of a bitter hop bite along with some candied malts. I did not expect very much from this one and I am pretty impressed.

12oz bottle. Light amber colored, looks filtered. I really liked this beer. Wonderful balance between the rich malty sweet caramel flavors and the spicy floral bitterness of the cascade hops. A great pale ale.

I nice above average APA. Aroma of fresh hops...floral mostly. Pour was a hazy orange with a nice 2 finger off white head. Taste was nice and hoppy. Floral and almost citrusy hops with a nice caramel malt background that barely shows itself other than to balance the beer. I never heard of this brewer before but now I am intrigued.

Light gold color with a smooth white head. Cream ale nose of fruity caramel malts, honey, and a light fruity hopping. Balanced and smooth.
