Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Pours a dark copper with a nice white head. Nice hoppy aroma, but not overpowering. Taste has a touch of the hops, but a nice malty smoothness takes over and makes this a nice easy drinking pale ale.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverages - 12 oz bottle - part of a variety 8-pak. Medium copper pour, nice soft silky white head, slightly murky. Minty aroma with hints of cat urine - which somehow mixes together halfway decently. Decent underlying bitterness, slight citrus notes, some nuttiness and a hint of mint. Thick enough mouthfeel - leaning to the stinging side though. All in all a decent APA.

Beer pours nice and amber. It has really nice notes of deep malt that show well with the light hops on the palate. Drinks smooth and tastes great.

Pretty good APA. Plenty of hops, but what I like the most about this beer is the aroma. Take a deep noseful before drinking and then you taste what you smelled...simply a good PA.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange/amber with medium white head. Aroma is piney and citrus hops. Taste is well balanced malts and hop with a little citus and spice. Nothing special, but very drinkable.

Bottle. Sour pine hops aroma. Clear amber color with small head. Caramel malt and pine hops flavor. Well blended with a nice hops aftertaste. An above average APA.

Slightly hoppy aroma. Clear orange color with a medium to large off white head. Sweet hop taste with a mild finish. One of the best pales I’ve tried.

The aroma is very hoppy (both citrus and grass) with lots of malt. The appearance is hazy amber with a foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma with lots of hops and malt. The palate is thick. Overall a simple but very good beer.
