COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Nice dark caramel aroma with nice floral hops aroma and taste , ice teal looking slightly hazy color with a frothy tan head. The nice presence of hops give it a , medium sweetness, and make it lightly bitter, just enough. medium body, creamy, average carbonation, and a nice finish with a light hoppy finsih

this was a good beer. I was expecting a little bit more of a creamy flavor and alot more palate. Definately not my first choice for a drink but i would have one again.

A decent pale ale, not very creamy flavor but has a dark yellow pour with a hints of a fruity and barley finish. Very drinkable but not outstanding

Bottle. Dark clear yellow with little head or lace. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, and floral hops...all in a fairly non-descript classic APA kind of way. Flavor adds a bit of grapefruit and is fairly balanced with a lightly bitter finish. The texture is watery and light in body. Easily drinkable.

Bottle - Nice mellow hop orange nose with a bit of caramel sweetness. Pale clear gold with a minimal head. Although the hops are there, the caramel and malts are overwhelming. If you prefer a malt forward ale with some hops this is what you are looking for, I prefer it the other way around. I also get a bit of booze at the finish.

Pours an amber color with a citrusy aroma. Taste is slightly bitter with a slight sweetness. Mild bitterness throughout with orange citrus notes. Overall a decent IPA that is easy drinking.
