Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Pretty decent APA-lots of cascade hops modulated with fruit and spice notes. Prominent malt but well balanced with hops. Medium mouthfeel with a creamy texture. Dry smooth finish.

Bottle. Big citrus nose, peppery hops of mainly orange with less grapefruit and pine. Sickly orange pour with a creamy, rocky beige head. Taste is bitter, light caramel and indistinct hops with peppery pine and citrus. Light-medium body, malt base is lacking somewhat, relatively clean but nothing amazing.

Nice tasting beer overall, it pours a semi orange colour with a thin white head. Moderately malty character mid palate, Well integrated hops and pleasent citrus fruit. A little piney on the nose with a hint of black pepper.

This is a tasty, fairly well-balanced American-style pale ale. Amber, it has a medium, dense, light tan head that slowly shrinks to a thin top, leaving a little weak lace. The aroma is light caramel and bread with grapefruit and pine, just a little too grapefruity for me but not heavily. It’s a bit like Lagunitas Censored. The taste is bready and grapefruity with a light sweet body with a hint of caramel, lingering light bitterness, and a pleasant, soft feel. Just a tad too grapefruity for my preferences, but again not much and has nice, persistent flavour with a strongly enticing, lively, tart, bitter-sweet jiucy quality. It’s engaging, easy to drink, yet very tasty. It’s somewhat like a much more flavourful and interesting Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Bright amber colour. Lightly floral and citrusy aroma with a slight toastiness. Low bitterness. Some woody, citrusy hop notes but a fairly light, watery production overall.

Medium copper pour with 2-fingers of off-white head and clingy lacing. Nose is crisp hops, slight caramel malt, slight tropical fruity notes. Tastes malty, with a crisp citrus and hop bite. The body is a bit light, and this one starts a lot better than it ends.
