Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Not the worst beer in the world, but not the greatest either. Had it at the brewery on tap. The flavor was watered down. Wasn’t really a fan.

This beer has a clear amber body with a small head. The aroma has a lot of sweet hops scents and just a tinge of vomit smell. The flavor is full of malt and leaves a bit of roasted malt flavor on the palate. It also has a tiny bit of fruit flavor- perhaps apple.

Clear copper colored with almost no head. Aroma is malt and buttered vanilla biscuit with a bit of skunk and wet dog. Taste is dry and relatively unpleasant with a grainy biscuity finish with a metallic hop aftertaste.

12 ounce bottle from a mixed 8 pack that was purchased at Nugget in Woodland, CA. Awkward musty, sugary sweet, lightly floral aroma. A little metal and a little diacetyl , too. Transparent copper body with a nice, medium off-white head and fair lacing. Starts a bit hoppy, with some earthy, metallic flavors. Becomes quite husky and very grainy in the middle. Lots of maltiness. Finishes with a very carbonated spritziness and a few more hop flavors. Not so bad.

Sweet taste. Solid head out of the bottle. Nice finish. Not too hoppy. Great color. Nice character. Good beer to drink a lot of.

Bottle. Amber beer with a nice cream-colored head. Sweet malt and citrus aroma. Nice clean citrus and malt flavor. Medium body. Fruitiness lingers with a bit of malt and a little earthiness coming in. Not bad. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Pours a clear brown with thin white head. Aroma is sweet malt with notes of hops. Flavor is malty sweet, lightly fruity, then has a big dose of cascade bitterness and flavor. It’s like half a Stone pale ale’s worth. Finish dry’s out a bit and ends with that dose of cascade again. Mouthfeel is right where I’d like it for the style. Can’t go wrong here, all hail the cascade.

Oh yea, great name, makes you think creamy beer. Some odor of floral hops. Cloudy yellow orange with thin lacing. Somewhat creamy texture. Similar to weak IPA. A little more personality than my girlie lager taste buds can appreciate. Medium bitter building soapy linger.
