Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange/amber with medium white head. Aroma is piney and citrus hops. Taste is well balanced malts and hop with a little citus and spice. Nothing special, but very drinkable.

Bottled. Hints of wheats and piney hops on nose. Flavor is mild and hoppy; not too strong on finish. Enjoyable, a good "sipping" Pale.

12 oz. bottle part of the variety 8 pack - Pours a light brown color with a one and a half finger thick off white head. Faint lacing. Has that obvious Casacade hop aroma with a touch of caramel malt in the background. Flavor is citrus hops and caramel malt. Medium body. No unpleasant aftertaste. A decent, easy drinking PA.

Deep amber with a decent white head. Aroma primarily of hops but with some malt sweetness. Flavor features the malt backbone of this beer. The hops reappear for a lingering finish. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Beer pours nice and amber. It has really nice notes of deep malt that show well with the light hops on the palate. Drinks smooth and tastes great.

A creamy take on classic pale ale. Dry , hoppy, and citrus but mouth feel has creamy aspect and their is a sort of sweet undertone despite being dry. Yum.

Pretty good APA. Plenty of hops, but what I like the most about this beer is the aroma. Take a deep noseful before drinking and then you taste what you smelled...simply a good PA.
