COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Pours a cloudy amber gold with a finger sized tan white head mostly dissipating. Nose is licorice and hops. Fairly creamy on the palate, the taste is hoppy with hints of citrus and malt. Nice flavorful brew that pairs well with blue point oysters on matzo crackers.

beerbaaron (1347) - Arizona, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Pours an unclear orange amber. Medium to large frothy, creamy white head. Aroma is pleasantly hopped; citrus, grapefruit, some pine. Flavor is less fruity, more caramel and bread, muddled and a little less distinctive, but still quite tasty. Medium body. Moderate bitterness. Fair sweetness. Great drinkability. Not bad.

Floral aroma that is common for an IPA. Flavor is not excessively bitter like many IPAs. This is a good one that gets better as you drink u it.
