COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark amber color. Slight white head. Aroma is very fruity, a significant grassy note as well. Flavor has that fruity, piney floral hop taste common in pale ales, but it is tempered by a maltiness and a grassy note as well. There seems to be a lot going on in this brew, flavor-wise, but it’s not unpleasant. The mouthfeel is a bit slick, with a good body but more carbonated than I expected. Overall a good pale ale.

Pours an unclear orange amber. Medium to large frothy, creamy white head. Aroma is pleasantly hopped; citrus, grapefruit, some pine. Flavor is less fruity, more caramel and bread, muddled and a little less distinctive, but still quite tasty. Medium body. Moderate bitterness. Fair sweetness. Great drinkability. Not bad.

Floral aroma that is common for an IPA. Flavor is not excessively bitter like many IPAs. This is a good one that gets better as you drink u it.

Bottle, LOL. Pour is orange with white head. Floral/grassy hos, crackery. Taste is similar, lots of floral and grass. I like that though.
