Finally a nice brew from this 8 pack variety! The pour is a deep dark brown with a nice white head that leaves a ton of lacing. Aroma is light but gently draws you in which is perfect for the flavor. It’s roasty yet incredibly smooth! It has a very creamy mouthfeel and it is beautifully balanced. This is both sessionable and flavorful - quite nice!

Poured a clear brown color with a minimal white head. Aroma hits you immediately with the typical lager smells followed by roasted malts and a hint of chocolate. On the Los you are hit caramel roasted malts and burnt toffee. Mouthfeel is light with a good amount of carbonation.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Transparent dark brown color with a beige head. Pleasant malty aroma, toasty and caramelly with light roasty notes. Pretty sweet flavor, malty and caramelly with some toasted bread, finishes slightly drier with a light roasty coffee notes. A well-made Dunkel, just a bit too sweet.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle - Coffee as advertised, with a bit of sweetness. An almost opaque mahogany, with a minimal off white head. Rich texture with a roasted malt flavor, notes of coffee and hops and as advertised no bitterness in the finish. A decent beer, nothing exciting, but it is exactly as advertised.

Not much aroma, no head, light body. It's surprisingly pretty drinkable. Beer came with beer of the month delivery. Worth a try.

Eastside dark is a treat! It pours a very dark brown as the scent of malts tickle your nose. Has a short lived head on it though. It has a semi-heavy nutty taste to it mixed with what tastes to be a few spices. Only complaint here is that it could use a little more carbonation to it.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Medium dark brown with orange highlights nd a thin tan head that reduces to a patena of whispy bubbles. Aroma is tinny caramel, not appealing at all. Flavours are sweet fruity caramel with mild biterness in the finish. Too carbonated.
