22oz bottle poured into an English Pint at 45į. Color is a lighter amber with mellow carbonation and a tall rocky head. Aroma is a nice floral hop scent with some roasted malt and a touch of citrus. It has a lighter medium body that gives a light crisp mouth feel. Flavor is light roasted malt with spicy hops coming in with pepper and lemon and an easy bitterness. After taste is clean with the spicy flavors handing on in the end. Overall its a well done Amber, its light well balanced and easy to drink.

Glass at the brewery. Pours a amber-copper color with a medium off-white head that has fair retention. The aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is pine, grapefruit, walnuts, caramel and roasted barley. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long with lingering biter hops and barley. Overall: Very fine amber.

Amber with an off white head. Big hoppy citrus aroma with lots of grapefruit. Flavor is mildly sweet and medium bitter. Has a great grapefruit taste to it. Nice solid body, and fantastic session beer. The citrus is outstanding.

When I first got this, I got it because it was a red ale and I happen to ride a fixed gear bike. I opened the bottle and INSTANTLY smelled it from about 2 feet away. Incredible smell. As soon as I took a drink I noticed it was super smooth but went down like a bitter IPA. It caught me off guard. However, this beer is pretty righteous! I am still drinking it and am getting reacquainted with the hops. Sip after sip it continues to be the same! begining to end it knocks you around. Great beer!

Pure Milwaukee Genius! I guess my opinion is bias. Iíve had more of this beer in the last 2 weeks than an other. Draught is best as usual, but itís now available in 12oz. 6-packs, not just the always enjoyable 22oz. Reaks of bountifull hopping and Rye. Cloudy amber brown, pale clingy head and a great mouthfeal make this beer one of my local favorites. Yum!

Bottle shared by Jcwattsrugger. Pours olive amber. Off white head. Nose and taste of pine cone, hops, caramel, sweet malt and citrus rind. Lightish body. Dry lightly bitter finish. Average.

Bomber poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, tangerine, pine and light grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, tangerine, pine and pink grapefruit with a smooth lingering citrus finish.

Hazy reddish brown pour.Solid head that fades to a creamy layer with some lacing.Doesnt seem too carbonated, has a hint of water and flatness, and kinda yeasty.Bought this room temp off the shelf,no idea the date but chilled it down a few days.Defeniatly bottle condition, maybe i should have poured more carefully. Aroma is a nice clean malt and pleasant hop aroma that is somewhat hard to point out.Im smelling a spice in generall and just a good complex scent between the different hops and malt.Yeah, a nice spicy aroma, enjoying it the more it warms. Seems this beer changes gear the more you drink it and get to the bottem, defeniatly getting better as i noticed bombers do this to me often. Some nice spicy citrus with a toasted carmel roast. A good spciy, moderatly bitter lightly dry roasty amber.I would get it again, for shure.I like the creative name and design also.Would love to try it on tap some day. I feel if it were more carbonated it would deserve a better score, just has a slight flatness about it. Very solid good tasting beer

Pour is a dark red with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malts with a decent oily hop. Flavor is is the same. A decent, heavy malt followed by a nice hoppy backbone. Finish leaves a little earthy malt on the tounge. Decent enough amber ale.
