troopie (851), USA Sep 27, 2007 Bottle. The lable does not lie, this is a coffee stout. Aroma of strong coffee, with some malt. Malty clavour, with much coffee and a little chocolate. Coffee finish. This one is light enough in alcohol to drink at lunch, and you can say you had coffee. Acknud (770), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA Sep 24, 2007 Nice coffee stout. Black as night Obvious taste and aroma of dark malts, dark chocolate and coffee. BrewDad (2363), Olympia, Washington, USA Sep 14, 2007 12oz Bottle
Dark Balck color with a thick aroma of coffee and deep dark malts. Great flavors of Coffee and Chocolate and dark malts a great flavor this was a great stout I loved this beer. SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA Sep 14, 2007 Bottle Dark pour with nice creamy microbubble head. Aroma of coffee and roasted malts. Flavor follows appropriately, more coffee. A bit watery on the mouthfeel. I was surprised, pretty good. My roommate took a mouthful and squirted in some whipped cream, claims that to be great. JAF737300 (791), Tampa, Florida, USA Sep 9, 2007 Pours dark brown with a nice head. Notes of coffee and malt on the nose that then roll into a sweet malt and creamed finish! Angeloregon (2024), Portland, Oregon, USA Sep 6, 2007 Thick white head atop a deep black body. Creamy looking but water down. Great notes of coffee. Lots of cafe essence but the body is too light. Not half bad, but far from spectacular. I think the coffee is the only thing saving this one. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/24/2005

Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Aug 31, 2007 Picked up a single bottle at Murray’s in Whitefish Bay Wisconsin. Pours an opaque near black brew with a thick tan head that quickly dissolves to a tan ring. Aroma of dark roasted malt, some bittersweet coffee, and a touch of sour cherry. Taste is full bodied, some carbonation with a dark malt and coffee flavor. Finish is slightly bitter with a more malt than coffee aftertaste.
