milewide (609), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Aug 19, 2007 Strong coffee aroma and taste. Not as sweet as some sweet stouts. Black color, medium head, medium body. redlight (1445), Winter Park, Florida, USA Aug 15, 2007 Coffee aroma, bakers chocolate. Pours dark brown yet thin with no head. Very weak flavor, coffee and chocolate, very thin. Over all dissapointing. valpoaj (362), Valparaiso, Indiana, USA Aug 14, 2007 Deep brown coffee with a huge chocolate head and an obscene level of carbonation. Very pleasant chocolate and coffee flavors, albeit very weak on aroma. More sweet than the ’average’ coffee stout, and surprisingly drinkable...not too shabby! Plan to seek out more Lakefront products in the future! prosqtor (408), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA Aug 8, 2007 OK. Not as strong, or as thick as I want in a coffee Stout. But not bad. Looks like a soda when you pour it from the bottle. ehhdayton (1113), USA Aug 8, 2007 The pour is black with a light tan head. Aroma has a touch of roasted coffee but is weak. Flavor has a light roastedness but overall could use some improvement. blinesam (233), USA Aug 6, 2007 Looks like Coca-Cola when poured. Black body, caramel frothy head. Flat. The flavor just does not come out. The formula needs tweaking. dchmela (1411), Orlando, Florida, USA Aug 6, 2007 Pours out like a big black stout should. Nice coffee aroma. Taste was a lot thinner than I thought. just didn’t have enough balls for me. shrubber85 (2836), Wallhalben, Germany Aug 3, 2007 Bottle. Strong coffee and wood aroma. Dark black color with moderate head. Creamy espresso and malt flavors with a slight bitter finish. Medium palate. A nice easy drinking sweet stout.
