Commercial Description:
This unique stout combines the flavor of roasted malts and Milwaukee's reknown FUEL CAFE coffee. The fine balance of mild hops, the gentle acidity of choice cofee and the sweetness of the barley makes this an unforgettable brew.

I bought a six pack of this because I’d never seen it & figured I’d try it. Big mistake. It took me two of them to realize what I found familiar about it: it tastes like coffee-infused Yuengling. A good try, but it definitely falls short.

pours dark brown with a fizzy, off-white head. aroma of coffee, malt, a bit of cocoa. not much going on here... there is a crisp zestiness, then nothing... nothing... nothing... is it ok to just smell a beer and not drink it??

Nice tasty coffee beer that really has a very evident coffee flavor. Nice for an after dinner beer.

12 Oz Bottle. Pours a deep brown, with a orangish glimmer. Rimmed in a growth of coffee and cream head, rocky. Aroma bubbles forth with some percolator coffee, nips of burnt chocolate and a salty tang of marzipan. Flavor is similar, with a particular tongue curbing tang meddled with oak, chocolate dust and a faint afterthought of coffee. Not nearly enough body for a Sweet Stout, nor anything to keep the beer hanging on except for some almond skins and fading toffee. As with most of their line...meh.

Black, thick kahaki colored head. Nose had nice notes of wet coffee grounds, roasty milk chocolate, and soft toasty caramel tones. Good dark coffee flavors up front that balance out with lightly acidic blackened chocolate note. Faint dried citric tones aim for late balance late and seem to pull it off well. Decent complexity for a lower ABV. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet finish. Not bad at all. It’s a good session stout for coffee lovers...that’s it....

Bottle. Black pour with lots of tan head. Looks like a soda. Very slight coffee flavor. Decent finish. Probably should be colder than I had it.

Light licorice aroma. Somewhat thin for the style with absolutely no head. Bit of cardboard, smidge of licorice, touch of cola (no real coffee flavor). Antiseptic finish. with a slight afterburn.
