Commercial Description:
This unique stout combines the flavor of roasted malts and Milwaukee's reknown FUEL CAFE coffee. The fine balance of mild hops, the gentle acidity of choice cofee and the sweetness of the barley makes this an unforgettable brew.

Pours black, tan head that looks good then fades away quickly. The taste was acidic and sour. The roasted coffee flavor I was expecting was in the finish. Not impressed.

Pours a very dark brown, pretty much no head. Very thin and watery with a coffee aftertaste, wasn’t very sweet at all just a watery stout taste, it wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t strong enough.

Pours a hearty dark brown with tan head that lasts; slightly less than average lacing. Aroma of sweet toasted malts, coffee and something sour. Flavor is of a malted coffee, some hoppiness and an acidic bitterness on the finish.

The aroma is sweet and it does have coffee and toasted malt as you might expect, but it also has a not so nice soy sauce smell. The appearance is dark brown (nearly black) and it has a typical stout head. The flavor does have coffee but it is also acidic. The palate is average and the aftertaste is bitter. Sadly, no kick no buzz.

I usually don’t care a whole bunch for coffee stouts, but this one was pretty good. a roasted malt and coffee nose and flavors of the same with some light hopping noted as well. decent beer

Bottle pours an opaque black witha very large milk chocolate colored head. Arolmas of mainly chocolate malts and dark roasted but sweet malts. I don’t notice much coffee here yet. Slightl acidic sour porter like aroma as well. Flavor was more of the coffe I was expecting but mainly on the aftertaste. Yes, quitre thin and kind of a light weight at 4.4% and low on the unfermented sugars. Not bad. Now that I think of it the delayed aftertaste is like the combo of cigarette buts and coffee grounds. Thanks to Degarth for this one.

As advertised! Looks like coffee, smells like coffee, tastes like coffee. One of the best attempts at coffee beer. However, I like my coffee light; probably would be great with creamer over ice. A little thin bodied for a stout.

This was ok - but not as great as I hoped. Good coffe nose, nice dark brown pour, short tan head. Tasted a little to much like coffee a little fake. Otherwise a descent stout, but not the best, also a little watery.
