Commercial Description:
This unique stout combines the flavor of roasted malts and Milwaukee's reknown FUEL CAFE coffee. The fine balance of mild hops, the gentle acidity of choice cofee and the sweetness of the barley makes this an unforgettable brew.

Thanks TheCheeseMan for the extra! Pours a dark black that allows hints of light, sits ink with a one finger frothy light tan head. The nose is smooth chocolate, upfront pungent coffee, mocha?, roasty, definitely earthy malts coming through. The flavor is a tad metallic, some soy, balancing coffee flavor with some bakers chocolate. Bitter coffee and grain. Tasty.

You can smell the sweetness of this off the pour - cocoa bits and light coffee notes sprinkled with some peaty, earthy notes. Decent but not interesting - despite the description; definitely forgettable.

Pours darkest brown with a thin foamy tan head, quickly fading to a ring. Full, earthy aroma of coffee and dark chocolate. Flavor follows: the roast barley flavors harmonize well with both the bright aromatic and dark dusty elements of the coffee. Finishes on the roasty side. Lively in the mouth, but somewhat thin.

Scored from DTM’s trip. I wasn’t sure what to think about this one. It may be brewed with special coffee, but tasted more like old, fermented coffee. Really odd.

12oz bottle: appearance is pitch black with quick fading light brown head, aroma of deep roasted malt and coffee, flavor is not to complex just roasted malt and coffee again. not to bad i hate coffee but this beer brings out some good qualities in it. Again this beer isnt to complex flavor might be better for a coffee drinker but not ad overall but at 4.4% ABV on a stout??? come on now!

A black pour with foamy tight tan head and lace. Aroma of light coffee was all I got. The flavor is more coffee and roasted malt. A very mild bitter make this a pretty decent beer. Mouthfeel was solid and carbonation was good. This was a pretty nice beer.

12oz bottle. Pours black with a minimal tan head. Aroma of coffee, malt, some hop and chocolate. Creamy vanilla flavor with a good amount of coffee. Could be a bit stronger on the finish, but good stuff overall.
