| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 1, 2003 Poured this lager too fast as I was confronted with a overwelming head which ran over my mug. Usually this would irq me really good but the smell left on my hand was delightful. A smell of orange and spice was delicious. The taste was excellent also as I had no problem finishing this one off. I don't think this one would be any good later on in the year. They ought to make it a Halloween thru St. Pat's day mandatory drinking only!! LOL. JCW (1262), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 20, 2003 Spicey beer in aroma and flavor. I'm guessing maybe nutmeg. Sweet taste of honey and acidic taste probably from the orange. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2003 Deep amber color with a medium head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is of oranges and cloves, mainly cloves. Taste is of cloves/cardamom/allspice. This will make your tongue tingle. Truely a Christmas beer as you will need the aromas from cooking pumpkin pie to get you in the mood for this beer. Alcohol is well hidden, would not of guessed 9.5%. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 23, 2005 Bottle. Hazy medium orange/amber pour with a light layer of well-retained short off-white head. Lots of well-suspended sediment in the beer. Oranges and wintry spices were loud and proud in the sweet, warming aroma. Flavor was also powerfully sweet, and the description of "honey, oranges, and spices" is very accurate. I really liked the honey base, and this brew would be great with some rich carrot cake or pumpkin pie. I’ll definitely be picking up more of these for some cold winter nights around the fireplace. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 21, 2006 Pours an amber brown color with slightly tan head. Mild aroma of caramel and spice (similar spice scent to Leinie’s Apple Spice). Flavor of sweet malts, burnt brown sugar, molasses, ginger and nutmeg with a carbonation that makes the flavor dance in your mouth. Medium bodied with a light malt finish.
I don’t generally prefer any of the Holiday beers, but this one is done very well. blutt59 (2186), Dallas, Texas, USA
