Bottle. Pours a medium amber with a thin white head. Hoppy aroma (resin). Taste is very bitter, hoppy notes of spruce and citrus. Warms to an even hoppier taste. Finishes with a very hoppy bitterness. Not much malt in here, very hoppy, but good...

Golden orange pour with white head. Aroma is bread and light resin. Bready with light caramel malt and a light resiny bitter with a light medicine. Light bodied with prtetty good carbonation. A decent drinker

Pours a nice orangey color, with decent head retention. Creamy mouthfeel, goes down nice. Quality IPA, with lots of floral and grapefruit notes. Slight bitterness in the finish, and I was overall pleasantly surprised by this gift six-pack from my friend Matt P @ WF in Oak Brook.

Pours a light cloudy amber, with a bit of a green tinge. It was difficult to get head out of this beer while pouring, but the head grew on it once I was done. Aroma is hops, light, but hops. Flavor is lotsa hops. It’s a mouthful, and strong. The hops are not too far out of balance, but the flavor is pretty much the hops. There’s nothing that makes this a special IPA, but it’s solid.

Bottle from Darby’s liquor store. Slopped into a dimpled mug. White, Airy cap settled to a dense foam, then finished as thin crater-like bubbles with a light skim. Suspended particulates speckle a translucent, burnt amber colour. Aroma is floral hops and tart citrus notes. Decent. Just not as thick as I prefer. First taste at cooler temps is thin and metallic. Sandy. A muted hop bitterness. At warmer temps, the palate is still flat, but after only a slight punch of grapefruity hop bite. Just "the tip" of a mute nut maltiness? I get a dry, woody malt. End result is a disappointing ipa.

Earthy hop aromas with a slight rubbery scent. Medium orange topped by a thin white head. Earthy hops follow in the taste along with a slight metallic tinge. Decent sweet caramel malt to balance. Finishes with a light vegetal bitterness. Not a bad IPA, but not inspiring.
