Not a great beer at all, not terrible, I wouldnt buy it again. I was expecting substantially more.

Explosive piney floral aroma...citric woody just a lot of hops. More than I’ve smelled since leaving Vancouver really. Extra fresh hoppy taste, too. Delicious - score may be a bit biased due to prior hop deprivation but I liked it.

Bottle @ Beerfest Asia. Bright gold with nice lacing. Bright hop aroma has some cannabis. Drinkable body has slight chewiness. Very nice, but a little syrupy for my tastes. Nothing special but is a solid hoppy brew.

12 oz bottle from Brewery Creek. Aroma is a mix of treacle like malts with pungent hops. Pours a murky off gold with sticky head that reduces to ever present lacing. Taste is slightly citric with oily hop notes and decent bite. Nice bready malt under-notes. Finish is sharp but lingering. A good mouth swirl leaves raisin, leather notes that stick to the palette on the finish. Very well crafted IPA.

Tasted 6/9/10. 12oz bottle. Hazy and sedimented with a dark golden brown hue. Off-white lacing ring of head. Aromas of bright, green citrus hops. Good nose! Medium bodied with a mild malt base and a dominant hop palate. Lacing head. Bright effervescence that mixes well with the citrus hop bitterness and astringency. Not the best, but I certainly wouldn’t turn one down!

12oz bottle. Must have been an old bottle. Pours a murky deep golden orange with a small off white head. Very Barley wine esk in the nose, some candied citrus and grassy hops.

Bottle. Amazing to see this one out in California. A cloudy copper amber color with an off-white. A nice citrus hoppy aroma. Well balanced and enjoyable.

scottw86 (835) - Maryland, USA - JUN 3, 2010
Poured a hazy orange/amber with a medium-sized white foamy head. Hoppy and grassy aroma. Taste is very hoppy with some floral notes. Some grain flavors also present. Finish is grassy and bitter. Too much carbonation. Alcohol hidden well.
