Pitcher our at 2009 GABF. Pours a thin head over a slightly cloudy, pale (SRM 3-4)body......nose is grapefruit, pine, bit of sweet malt (toffee)....taste is more sweet malts with a light hop grapefruit, pine finish....mouth feel is medium, carbonation low. A pleasant but mild IPA. Tasting of 9/26/09

Golden with an off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus and peach. Flavour is light caramel and citrus hop.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2010 A hazy orange color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is grapefruit and pine. The taste is bitter from the start with watery texture. This tastes better than the first time I had it, but its still not a favorite.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Floral hoppy nose. Mid-sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Growing late bitterness with mango anf flowers.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2009 12oz. Brown straw, slightly cloudy due to yeast at bottom of bottle. Apricot and lemon nose besides hoppy resin, little noticable malt. Flavor has golden grain in the middle somewhere, tingly hops first and a lasting bitter finish. Malt character is very subtle but a big part of the overall flavor. Complex and delicious! I just noticed that it’s 7%, it’s so balanced I never would have guessed that high. Would definitely go out of my way to buy. Yay beer!

Draft at Lakefront. Definitely dryhopped. Certainly the most flavorful of their line. Balanced, malt is light but in the background giving hops center stage. Yay beer!

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2009. Hazy yellow/orange color. Aroma from tropical fruits, hops, bubble gum. Hoppy grassy, quite bitter flavor, metal notes. Long bitter finish.

From a bottle at SB&WF 2009. Cloudy orange with medium off-white head. Hoppy aroma with peaches, apricots, and dark berries. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Well balanced, dry finish with medium bitterness. Very nice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Nose is oranges and spices. Taste is toffee, biscuits, orange mandarin, orange peal, lemon and some spiciness. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate.
