12 o zbtl from Davidsons-Littleton. Was REALLY excited to see LF products in Colorado. Fondly recall them from my college days. Hazy orange and nice fluffy head for the style. Aroma is very subdued, a little biscuit. Taste is also subdued, light bitterness in front with a cdecent balance, finished crisp. Refreshing and tasty, but more along the lines of an APA.

12oz bottle. Pours orangish amber with white head. Aroma is hoppy with grapefruit. Flavor is hops, grapefruit, some sweet and caramel malt. Heavy on hops but does not have a good malt balance. Solid IPA.

Deep amber color with a frothy white head. Soggy hop aroma with some grassy characters. Very malty with lots of caramel flavors. Not enough hops, in my opinion. More like a DIPA.

Poured from Bottle into Pint glass. Pours a hazy orange with a finger and a half of frothy slightly off-white head that is slow to dissolve. Aroma is orange peel, citrus hops and some skunked aroma not sure what it is. The flavor has sweet bitter grapefruit upfront followed by some caramel and biscuit malt. Sweetness and soft bitterness lingers in the aftertaste of this beer. There is a strong presence of alcohol in this beer which is not very flattering. Its medium bodied and and a little chewy. I’m slightly torn with this beer while the aroma is alright there is that "skunked" character and the flavor is actually pretty nice but the alcohol is a little too noticeable.

12 oz. bottle, March bottling notch. Pours into an IPA tulip with a dark amber color, lighter at the narrower bottom. Foamy IPA head atop. Smell shows large dose of American hops instead of English. First taste is of the usual grapefruit and pine of those PNW’s, but as I go further in, I catch some pepper of European hop. Warm caramel and biscuit malts in the backbone. Sediment at the bottom of the bottle proves bottle conditioning.

Not an intensely hoppy beer. Odd perfume smell and taste. My friend questioned the rep’s position: 94 points? Not really. Have to agree. Decent, but not impressive.

12 ounce bottle - $4.75 at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, Georgia. Appearance: Pours out a near clear (were it not for the fine particles), dull, dark copper body with a finger high head of off-white foam. Light lacing on the way down. Smell: Aroma of lightly sweetish malts with some spicy, floral, lemony hop notes. Taste: Pale malts with some biscuity tones to it and an addition of light crystal malts for a medium level of sweetness. Hops provide tastes of lemon zest and earthy spice. Medium bitterness. Small pinch of toffee arrives late. Finishes dry and lightly bitter. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Reasonably smooth mouthfeel. Drinkability: A generally likable India Pale Ale with some slight English qualities to it and plenty of bitterness without ever being excessive.

Pours amber with a thin of white head. Smells of grapefruit, coriander. Tastes bitter and peppery with a resiny finish.
