3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A very easy drinking IPA. Pine and hay on the nose. Grapefruit and pine on the palate, with just a little malt coming through. Finishes with more of a woody note.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours an orange tinged golden with a decent pillowy white head which lingers a bit. Aroma is citrus, maltiness. Taste is citrus, pine, a touch of biscuty tones, a bit astringent in the end (a disturbed mash?). Not incredible, not a bad effort.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Ashur Liquor variety 8 pack: Created a fluffy topping of foamed head while the liquid was a hazy burnt orange hue. Surprisingly, there was an actual aroma of hops that oddly enough smelled of citrus and actually gave me hope that this beer would be good. The flavor is both sweet and bitter with a taste of funky hop pellets and grainy barley malt that does make this drink actually drinkable, however, it still does taste like a home made brew.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured into a tulip glass from a bottle. Pours a good looking honey gold color with about a half inch white head. Laces nicely as you drink, which was another plus. Really like the taste of this IPA. A little cirtrusy, not too bitter, and really tasty, malty finish. Reminds me somewhat of Bell’s Two Hearted Ale, one of my personal favorites. Probably the best beer I’ve had from Lakefront so far. Would definitely recommend this beer to others.

12 ounce bottle pours a unfiltered cloudy orange copper color. With a moderate amount of head and nice lacing. Aroma of floral, cinnamon and honey. Nice tasting IPAA with a bit of honey taste. Kind of a weird cinnamon honey taste for An IPA.

12oz bottle from Brewmaster’s. Murky orange hue with off-white, somewhat lasting fizzy head. Spotty lacing. Aroma of lemon, light citrus, perfume. Heavy bitter citrus hop up front with a long citrus lime finish. Oily on palate, flat carbonation. Will pass on this one next time!
