straw color beer with big 4 finger off white head,sweet aroma ,sour and tangy flavor with slight bitter after taste.
Never again!

Jan 18, 2009 light yellow color, half fingef head that dissipated quickly. taste and smells sour and sweet, pick up a lot apple in this almost a green apple cider, but not even close to as good....as this beer warms it taste like thera-flu cold medicine. one of the 2 worst beers i have ever had.

Jan 17, 2009 Golden-yellow with a white head. And the strangest aroma I have ever smelled on a beer. And the flavor is.........intoleerable. A sweet/sour, dirty wheat........oh this is headed for the kitchen sink for sure.....but I guess if I couldnt drink beer for the reasons it claims (which a frfeind of mine cant) I would get used to it

Jan 12, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice lively yellow with a high white head. Aroma is a floral lemon with sweet chaimomile. Flavor is a mediciny butter with lemon air freshener and a bitter, almost mouthpuckering, finish. Average mouthfeel that provides a touch of interest but fades too quickly. Can’t say I would ever drink this again but for a sorghum beer, it’s not too shabby.

Dec 21, 2008 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale straw yellow color with a small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was faint with notes of rice and corn. The flavor was mild but bitter, tangy, tart and a little grainy with undertones of beets and rhubarb. The finish was short, tart and bitter. Bland yet odd.

Dec 4, 2008 Zingermanns Roadhouse on November 28, 2008. Very light amber color. No real head, but slow carbonation. Sweet aroma, pungent, bitter, and light flavor. Cant really place the flavor. Good, one of the best all-sorghum beers Ive had.

Nov 30, 2008 Well, not what I was hoping for. Golden yellow color with a white head. Sour, not my thing. It would have to be real cold and I would have to drink it real fast, as long as monkey snot were not available.
