1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
This beer reminded me of a bad champagne. However, it also was very thick and syrupy.

Pale yellow with a wispy white head. Alfalfa. Peanuts. Fair sweetness. Some light spices? Maybe some red apples? I don’t really know what sorghum smells or tastes like, but I imagine the prominent character here is from that. To be fair, gluten free beers should have their own category. Compared to non gluten this is ok at best. For what it is, its a drinkable non gluten

One of the best "gluten-free" I have tasted. Luckily you can find in Oklahoma liquor stores.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
12 oz bottle from backlog notes 07. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet toffee, apple cider, some tart citrus, thin and watery, candied fruit, what a strange combination and in this case that’s not a good thing.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of apple juice, with notes of yeast and hops. Sweetish flavour of apples, with sourish grainy notes and rough, estery touches. Very mild aftertaste, a little sourish. Lively carbonation. PErhaps a good refresher but not my favourite beer.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sweet yeast and apple peel aroma, like all the sorghum beers seem to have to some degree. Light yellow color of a pils, bubbly non-beer like head. Minor hopping, finishes like a very dry cider. Has sort of a slimy texture. Not that differentiated from down market GF beers, which is fine in any case.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2014 This is a very good gluten free beer, and it is one of the only light gluten free beers I like. It has a light yellow color with an aroma that consists of hops, fruit, and grain. The beer is a light beer with tastes of earth, dried fruit, and a hint of caramel.
