Interesting beer I don’t think that I have have a gluten free beer before. not much of a head very clear pour faint beer aromas, sharp aftertaste. I would recommend it to people that can’t drink real beer but this would not be my go to beer.

Transparent yellow gold with a quickly dissipating head. Notes of apple (unexpectedly), honey, and grain in the aroma. Thin, light bodied. Surprisingly pleasant pilsener taste with the addition of apple and honey which supercedes most macros. Wee bit of hop in the finish. Far superior to Bard’s.

Clear light hay hue, like a cider I suppose, with a thin fading white head. Blonde german aroma with a hint of sweetness underneath and something very lightly floral. Crisp and dry flavor with some lemon zest and nearly classical pilsener tones, light german pilsner grain nuances, not a trace of hop save for the slight lemoniness, and a clean dry finish. Not shabby! Best gluten free beer I’ve had in some time. No off flavors or obvious gluten-free flags on the palate.

We’re calling this the stolen-from-gluten-free-dad-because-it-is-the-only beer. And. It. Is. A. Mess. Light, light golden with a little white head. The taste is bitter, a little acidic, a touch of ginger, free of any of the lovely hay or cereal malty goodness that is beer. So your gluten sensitive? Take the hit and drink a beer that is twice as good as this one - say Coors Light.

Bottle at Cohill’s. I had some hope for this but as with other sorghum beers it’s just bad. Thin body with sweet flavor almost like a cider. There are much better gluten free beers out there. I couldn’t finish it.
