I don’t get this one. Pours a yellow/green, almost clear with a small, fizzy white head and some lacing. Aroma is quite weak with hints of grain and fruit. Flavor is light grain and citrus, grass, and fruit. Very thin body with plenty of carbonation. This is not good and seems much more like a cider than a beer,

Bottle. Pale watery color, almost no aroma, sweet taste , very light, carbonated. Not much here to notice.

12oz. Bottle: Almost no aroma, though there are hints of sorghum and honey. Poured yellow in color with a tiny, white head around the edges only. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of slight apples, slight honey, and sorghum. Light to medium body. Slightly dry, slightly sticky texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, apple, sorghum finish is dry and lightly sticky.

355ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a finger of fizzy white head that dissipates quickly leaving only a few spots of lacing. Aroma is light fruits and mild grassy hops. Taste is fruit-like sweetness with some mild hop bitterness. Light bodied with lively carbonation leaving a tingle on the palate. One of the better gluten free brews, but that is not saying much.

This beer reminded me of a bad champagne. However, it also was very thick and syrupy.

Weird,,! never had this kinda beer before so was curious....pours like a pale ale with no head..aroma is like a sweet tart...but taste is kina nonexistant.. Sweet but not much taste at all weird but will do again. Not sure why tho.. Its like drinking sweet and sour air in a glass

27 Mar 2012, bottle. very pale yellow, clear, steady bubbles. aroma is soft sweet lager and something like sugar free maple syrup. thin body and moderately fizzy. tastes more like beer than it smells. has a skunky bitterness with an aftertaste of something syrupy that leaves your teeth on edge. i’m sad for those who are left with this as a last resort.

Bottle pours yellow straw with a white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy with a touch of underlying citrus. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of bread and apples. Overall body is light and somewhat tart, but not in a good way.

Bottle. Pours clear light yellow with a frothy quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of citrus, grain, and very mild spice. medium sweetness, lightly bitter light sourness. light bodied with lively carbonation (like soda pop) and an abrupt finish. Interesting, but really this tastes like a sodapop.
