12oz bottle poured into glass. I’m starting to become more geared towards oktoberfest beers with their malt up front taste. This one however really lacks that malt attack I was getting use to. Very lame for an oktoberfest style.

12oz bottle served in a pint glass. A - Poured a clear amber color with a medium off-white head. It left little lacing. Some sediment in the bottom of the bottle added mid-tasting. S - It smelled malty and quite sweet (caramel!), with some floral and fruity notes. T - Lots of caramel and medium malt flavor. Hints of hops, but overall somewhat sweet. Buttery in a good way. M: Medium bodied. Light carbonation. O: A nice and flavorful, if rather sweet Oktoberfest.

Turd tick - BOOM. Anonymous, caramel brown pour with decent carbonation. Nose like a candied apple dunked into Michelob Amber or something. Generically malty, loads of grain, generally heavy and slick. If only we’d been cooking something, this beer would have been perfect.

Bottle. Pours a copper color with white head. Grainy, toasty, caramel aromas. Caramel, bread, earthy flavors. Mediocre oktoberfest.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a nice red color with a small, tan head. The nose has a mix of apple, light toast, and a hint of wet dog. The flavor is rather sweet with lots of apple notes, some toasted malt, and a light lingering bitterness. It’s flabby on the tongue and lacks crispness. A pretty weak offering for the style.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a moderate white head. Nose has some grains in it, but is subtle. Taste has just a touch of caramel in it. Not a bad Oktoberfest.

Wheat and amber malts fill the aroma. Somewhat see-through copper color with an orange tint. Watered down sugar malts, caramel and wheat on the palate. Overall, standard oktoberfest flavor with a watered down taste. I’d give this a D rating.

Bottle. Amber with a short, tan head. Big malt, caramel, toasted grains, bread and grassy hops in the aroma. Taste is toasted malt, dark bread, caramel, soft grassy notes and hints of fruit. Body is medium with a soft, creamy carbonation. Ends with more caramel, grains, toasted malt, dark bread and soft grassy hops.

Almost clear copper orange. Not much head. Carmel and bread notes in aroma, some slight spice sligh ttart/sour also. Taste is pretty good overall, with carmel, toffe, light fruit, some sweetness, pretty smooth and clean with a clean finish.Good malty beer.Bready/toast. More tolerable than many oktoberfests for myself.

Pours a full amber with a decent frothy white head. Aroma shows some toasted malts but sort of weak. Lacks caramel malt backbone and is a bit watery. Toasted malts are the primary draw here but a clumsy finish and thin profile hurt this brew.
