Pours copper with a thin white head. Aroma muted. Smells of tea, earthy, some bread. Tastes of caramel, some biscuits, more tea. Some medium umami notes on the finish. Low carbonation. A nice beer. A good Oktoberfest. My first from this brewery. I will try more.

Bottle - Amber pour with a ring of tan head. Nose is a bit milky, soured bready malt, with some lightly spicy grain and a hint of sweetness. Taste is the same--bready, lightly sour, a hint of spicy grain, and a little warmth on the finish. Medium-thin and well-carbonated. Not as bad as I would have guessed given the reviews, but certainly a notch or two below the German classics.

A thin, watery oktoberfest. If it were a bit bigger and richer of a beer, it might be quite nice, but it’s just too light in body and flavor to do much for me.

12oz Bottle shared. Pours a medium copper orang color with off white head. Not much lacing more oiliness that spider webs. Aroma is medium malt and medium sweetness. Flavor is more of the same. Nice mellow malty sweet flavor Minimal hop flavor. Pretty solid Oktoberfest beer.

Pours light brown amber with average head - slightly cloudy. Aroma is yeast and hints of lemon and banana, sweet. Flavor lightly sweet, yeast more forward, lightly roasted malt. Palate is light with a sweet finish. Overall, pleasant Oktoberfest.

Bottle at home from backlog notes 07. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted bready malts, light caramel sweetness, mildly nutty, earthy with mild bitterness , grainy, pretty basic.

A nice amber Oktoberfest bier. Very malty, roasty, and caramely on the nose and palate. Very good example of the style.

Seriously underrated. Easy drinking approachable Marzen that has decent malt back bone with good bready character. Actually fairly authentic and enjoyable though still a bit of beer on training wheels compared to stuff in Munich.

12oz bottle. Pours a nice orange amber, with minimal head. Aroma is spicy and sweet. Nice spice mix to the body and enough sweetness for the style. Good, but nothing that stands out as unique or exceptional.
