This was served a little warm just do to the weather. Mild bitterness, not unpleasent with a general woody body. Easy to drink and I can see a six pack on a hot day.

Bottle from Organic Brewers Fest... Poured amberish-red with an off-white head. Candy and malts on the nose. Fizzy palate. Very sweet and not much of a hop presence. Jolly Rancher-like candy flavors and buttery/toffee malts. Very light and easy to drink.

Bottle into pint. Pours a slightly darker copper/amber than Bells Hopslam with a decent off-white head. I wouldn’t say this is an amazing ESB but it is certainly tasty enough not to pour out: subtle sweetness, roasty and a little spicy. I would encourage this beer to be enjoyed with a really good steak - totally sessionable.

Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy dark amber with some visisble globules, thin whispy off white head. Aroma is rich caramel and toasted malt. Flavor is dry, very roasty, chocolate and caramel notes, bitterness is absent, medium bodied.

Comes out of the bottle a beautiful clear copper, almost mahogany, with a thick sandy off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is malty with an undertone of cinnamon and a sharp hint of fruit. Flavor is on the thin side, strongly but not fiercely bitter. Texture is smooth and just a bit watery, not very tingly. Not the best I have had, but acceptable.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Beige micro head quickly recedes to almost cover surface. Wet socks and sweet malt aromas. Sweet and soft with upfront caramel and feet. Slight hop finish. Can’t get over the feet.

Orange pour. Aroma of malts and some hops. Flavor is light but does have a distinct bitterness. Very easy to drink, but that comes with the light amount of hops.

12 oz bottle brought back from the brewery (Milwaukee, WI) from my trip in February. Pours a fiery light copper, just a touch hazed, with small offwhite head that laces a bit. Aromas are muted, consisting of light carmel malts, vague toffee, and small hop florals. Kind of a non factor and a bit vague overall. Initial is a bit light in body, pushing some bready and carmel malts off the bat, hop bitterness is non discriminate with light graininess and toast, moving to carmel and bitterness. Decent, hop bitterness lasts on the palate and aftertaste. Certainly a little underwhelming from the creaminess, but not bad. I’d prefer a Honkers, if that means anything..
