| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 3, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with thin head. Aroma is malt, sweet, slightly caramel. Flavor is moderately sweet, malty, lightly syrup and caramel, some light spice. Finish is short and the hops come through here. Not too bad. Not sure about all the organic stuff but as a beer it’s not too bad. As an ESB, I have no idea. obguthr (1011), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 11/20 | Dec 1, 2007 Nice carmael malt aroma of moderate strength. Cloudy ochre, no head. Tastes as it smells and only slightly bitter. Weak copper finish. Not a great beer, but a very tolerable ESB for those of who aren’t fond of the style. | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 29, 2007 Wow is this bad! Aroma was nothing...maybe a hint of malt. Pour was a flat dark amber with no head. Taste was sweet...SWEET with a hint of hops in the aftertaste. Band aid throughout. This is crap. Acknud (772), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 14, 2007 12 oz bottle from Lakefront Sampler from Bottle Barn; Nose of very lite ESB type hops and caramel; orange with a medium off-white head; flavor is lightly sweet caramel, a tiny smidgeon of hop bitterness, which lasts to the finish, and a little fruitiness. cheapdark (2015), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Reddish orange in color and has a teafroth head. Barely any beer aroma, pretty clean on the olfactory. Very smooth initial flavor, not quite as bitter as I expected. Friendly and easy to get along with. As the session continues, a slight bitterness begins to build on the palate. Low medium carbonation. Not bad for an ESB, expected it to be more bitter and I’m glad it is not. Finish is not offensive and very gentlemanlike in it’s manners. roder60 (1020), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 1, 2007 Poured light amber color with thin layer of offwhite head. Aroma a bit spicy-earthy subdued hops and sweet carmely malts. Flavor reflects this. First thing that hits you is upfront hop prescence - earthy - then it mellows into a smoother finish. Overall, probably wouldnt buy again.
