Copper color, light head. Sweet and malty aroma, Well balanced taste. Good for sessioning. Tasty, yet unspectacular.

Looks like apple juice. . . Wet doghair aroma that burns the nose hairs. Tears of sorrow trickle down my face as I taste the first sip -> it is absolutely horrible. . . Sorry, but there is nothing else to say.

Pours a mahogany with a quickly disappating head. Attractive beer. Nose is maly and bready. Flavor is pretty good, considering the brewer and score. I think the rest of their beers negatively affect this one, and what would be a decent beer from another brewer becomes a poor ESB from a less than respected brewer. Too bad. I would drink it again, but it’s the only one from Lakefront that I’ve had that I can say that of.

Beer looks good, had a tall head and it stuck around a while. Lighter amber color keeps it real. Aroma was a bit malty, but mostly citrus rind. Same with the flavor. Has mostly a bitter flavor throughout, and finishes with more of a salty-sweet bitterness (hows that for a description). Overall, it had a decent flavor. Not too heavy, not too light. Not too bad either, IMO. Drunk fairly fresh (2 months since bottling), I’d say its pretty palatable.

color is slightly hazy orange/light copper with an off-white and quickly dissipating head. aroma is quite hoppy with slight grapefruit and big floral notes. flavor is similar with bitter chocolate notes in the finish. its biggest fault is its thinness, otherwise, i don't think it's too bad.

Really lively beer. Clear yellow with little bubbles. Some hop, citrus characteristics. Didn’t seem very "bitter" like. Faintest malt presence.
