bottle. Pours amber, white head. Aroma grainy, dry apple cider like bitterness, hops. Flavor, hops bitterness upfront, bittersweet finish, mild notes of malts, keeps a fruity apple-like mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation.

DecemBeer. Sample from a bottle shared by me. Red-orange, off white cover. Toasty, bread aroma. Taste is bready, grassy.

Bottle at an impromptu tasting at lithy’s. Pours brassy with khaki head. The aroma is fruity hops and some artificial sweetness. The flavor is carpet, pixie stix, and some watermelon. Bland and uninteresting overall.

12 oz bottle. Pours amber in colour, nice head, lots of lacing. Nicely balanced sweet, but with a hoppy finish. Good ESB.

Pours a hazy dark orange color. Thin beige head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is caramel malt and sweet corn. Flavor is odd--has a mild sweetness up front that is overtaken by bitterness and a skunky off-flavor. Don’t know if I just got a bad bottle, but this one was a drainpour.

Straw colored? More like deep red! Creamy fluffy head, faintest of tan. Dry rusty malt nose, earthy hops. Sugary sweet, balanced midpalate, little hop forward in the finish. Kudos for the organic beer!
