3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled from firkin at the Honeypie Cafe in Milwaukee. Pours a hazy golden straw colored brew with an average sized off-white head that quickly dissipates to a film top. Aroma of bready golden grain malts, some lemon, apricots, vanilla and funk. Taste is medium bodied, tart with lemon and peach flavors and even some mild Belgian yeast. Finish continues the tart peach and bread malt aftertaste with a mild funk.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at FoBAB 10 - 2012 (Chicago, IL). Pours a richer hazed golden yellow hue, hazey with loose whitish head atop. Aromas are funky, straw, gentle sour peach. A bit more lactic, funk, oak, grass. Bready grains. Lemons. Initial is a bit thin and dry, oaky, sour lactic quality hits firmly, tempered by a mild peach feel. A bit more tart and acidic into the finish. Middle shows peach, bread, straw, grass. Backend brings that firm sour peach, oak, and straw. Firm sourness grows, a touch acidic into the finish. Ok. Light and quaffable, gentle carbonation, growing funk. A bit thin.

Delicious one here. Tart, acidic, golden dry. Tons of peach, a really suprisingly good brew.
