COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pumpkin Lager is brewed with pumpkins in the mash, spices added during the boil, and lightly hopped. The rich specialty grains and lager fermentation combine to produce the taste and the texture of pumpkin pie.

Pretty solid beer, I would say that it has more of the spiciness that is associated with Pumpkin pie, than the actual pumpkin flavor, kind of a spicy sweet flavor, no real hops to speak of, good but not really a style that I would repeat much

Dirty brass color, foamy white head, fine lace. Aromas of spice, herbs, yeast and hops -- faint pumpkin smell. Flavor of pumpkin shines through along with pie spices, cloves, chocolate and citrusy hops. Not terribly sweet, though. Effervecent but not unpleasantly so. Refreshing with long, clean finish.

Nice aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Poured a pumkin orange with a small white head that quickly disappeared into a very thin fizzy cap. Left a very thin lacing on pint glass. Flavor of pumkin, hops, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg. A medium body, with medium to thick texture, lively carbonation with a slightly bitter ginger ale finish that was long. This is nice beer. Perfect for a cold blustery fall day. While I wont add it to my favorite rotation, I would definitely drink again. Nice job by LakeFront. If you like Pumkin brews definitely give this one a try.

I did a taste test with several pumpkin beers last year and this was by far the best one we tried. It has a great spice aroma and flavor with a nice strong beer backbone behind it. I think it’s important that the beer could stand alone without the flavoring and this one does, unlike most of the others.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2012 Bottle @ home. Hazy, reddish orange appearance with a small off-white head. Rich, toasty pumpkin, vanilla, huge nutmeg, cinnamon aroma. Quite rich pumpkin, spicy cinnamon/nutmeg, light vanilla flavor. This is actually a re-rate on a 18 month old bottle and is still tasty.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2012 You really need to taste this beer at room temperature to truly appreciate it. The flavor really comes alive. This is an excellent pumpkin beer.

Very Dark Cloudy Orange. Scent and flavor are a line up of Pumpkin, Spices, Yeasts, Barley and an average malty backbone. The palate is very crisp and light, thanks to a nicely balanced carbonation. Overall a solid Pumpkin Ale.

Pretty good pumpers. Made with lager so it's not as lively in the younger but the pumps is strong and good spices. Pumpers like to pump. The Derricks ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange with a thin off white head. Aroma is nutmeg and pumpkin pie. Taste is a tad bitter on the backend with a nice pumpkin flavor throughout. Has an aggressive carbonation in the mouth. Very nice.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle is slightly hazy orange with nice bright white head, aroma has nice sweet notes of pumpkin, biscuit, and toffee, some nice hints of cinnamon and clove, touch of caramel as well in there. Taste is much heavier on the spice but has notes of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg for sure, hints of toffee and caramel, some sweet bread notes along with a touch of pumpkin, finishing slightly bitter, dry and spicy. I liked this!
