COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The rich amber color and caramel flavor of this beer are derived from the generous amount of caramel malt in our recipe, with just a dash of roasted unmalted barley for a subtle toasted flavor in the background. The sweetness, body, and mouth feel tell you that this is an all-malt beer. The finish has a balanced edge of Willamen and Casade hoppiness which cuts through the malty character, leaving a clean palate which beckons for more. Note: the terminology of "stein" refers to the appropriate drinking vessel and not to a type of beer made with hot rocks.

ince and not so amber. More like a Red ale but refreshing. Not too bitter neither malty. Nice to drink.

Bottle from Ashur Liquor in variety 8 pack: Poured a simple golden honey color with a thin layer of weak foaming head. As for the aroma, there is a scent of cheap perfume and corn replacement for malt. The flavor is bland and the only flavor I pick up on is a taste of medicine or of some kind of cheap cough syrup. Another disappointing beer by this brewing company.

Poured from bottle into tulip glass, good looking amber color with a good sized head. Really like the taste of this lager, nice caramel toasty flavor with just a hint of bitterness making for a great finish. Very drinkable beer, would definitely have another.

A good beer. Not the greatest one I’ve had, but I’d drink it again. It is Fixed Gear. American Red Ale
