Clear copper color/ huge rocky ivory foam. Woody, earthy barnyard, horse blanket, mild tart cherry aromas. Frothy expansive mouthfeel. Mild to medium tart flavors of cherry pit, dry wood, pale malt, barnyard, lingering tart cherry finish--good

Bottle 750ml.

Unclear medium red orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart cherry, cherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, cherry - tart, sweet cherry, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. [20120202]

Cask at DotLA. Was told that this was a flanders red with cherries in the cask, as evidenced by the cherries that poured out when we cleaned out the casks afterward. Pours a deep reddish brown with a fizzy head. The nose is tart, cherry notes and lactic acid. Some light funk but mostly cleaner than Bretty. On tasting, noticeable crystal notes lending a light metallic caramel quality. More acidity on the palate and a bit sweet. Not really vinegar but just okay overall. Worth trying but maybe not twice...

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange coloured with a huge white head. Acidic aroma of cherries and barnyard with notes of berries. Light acidic flavour of berries, barnyard and cherries. Tart finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear pink/amber - white head. Red berries, cherry, light raspberries, wild, bretty, high carbonation, light malty, light marmelade notes, oakey notes, light wooden dryness. Nice-.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to amber with a huge off-white head. Aroma is citric cherry, barnyard and horseblanket. Mild sweetness, dry leathery brett and citric cherry fruity. Smooth wooden and brett leathery finish.

Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of yeast, sweetness, light sourness, cherries. flavour of cherries, light sourness, berries. Medium bodied. Ends on a dry and fruity sourness.

Bottled. A hazy reddish beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, vinegar, cherries, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and cherries, as well as lighter notes of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, brett, some caramel, wood and hops. Nice beer.

Bottle: light cloudy very inviting looking dark orange beer with a reddish hue and a light reddish head. Light tart aroma with fruity notes of cherries. Taste is medium sweet and light oaked, tart. Vineous. Delicious.
