Unclear medium red orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart cherry, cherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, cherry - tart, sweet cherry, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. [20120202]

Bottled. A hazy reddish beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, vinegar, cherries, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and cherries, as well as lighter notes of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.
