Pours out big and black with little head. Aroma is light and dry with just a hint of chocolate. Taste is very medium bodied and smooth with a hint of chocolate in the aftertaste.

This beer pours deep brown with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. It has a creamy feeling on the palate and the cocoa and spices (think earthy) really come through the end.

Bottle. Smokey dark chocolate and nutmeg aroma. Opaque black-brown color with minimal head. Creamy chocolate flavor with nutmeg and light cinnamon flavors as well. A spicier stout.

This beer came to me in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a medium sized dark brown head. The aroma was dry roasty and toasty malts. The flavor was dryish roasty malts with an element reminiscent of malted milk balls. The beer turned slightly sweet towards the finish. The body was fairly thick and smooth. Nice.

Bottle Black pour with no head, looks like ink. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Flavor follows accordingly, but with a bit more coffee flavor and more sweet. Pretty watery and no aftertaste. Nothing special.

12oz bottle from a 8pk sampler. Dark brown/black appearance. Thin, quickly dissipating to nothing, tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee beans and sour milk. There;s even a hint of alcohol in the aroma. Rich malt flavors. Creamy body. Sour milk finish. Lots of chocolate as well. Lots of yeast sediment. Drain pour. :(

12 oz. bottle. Pours black with 1 cm initial head that is off white and diminishes quickly. Smells lightly of chocolate and coffee, overall sweet. The initial taste is sweet and ends mildly bitter. Light carbonation and kind of watery. Almost no aftertaste.
